I used to buy beading supplies from this company, but stopped after I was {removed word}. The last time I bought anything was when I had counted the beads I was buying, but when I took them to the counter, the salesperson weighed them rather than counted them and she told me there were more than I had counted. There were only 20 so it would have been easy for her to double check, but she looked at me as if I was a {removed word}. Stupidly, I paid for them rather than asking her to count them. When I got home, I recounted and I was right. I find the salespeople surly and unhelpful. It's no wonder the city stores closed.
