Black Cat Security go above and beyond.
I am a woman living alone.
After thinking about getting security cameras for a few years I finally bit the bullet and had them installed a week ago. I chose Black Cat.
One week after the security cameras were installed, they caught the brand new tenant of my granny flat leaving his courtyard and wandering around my property.
He was going through the things I have under the patio area. Looking in the drawers of my storage containers and generally checking out anything and everything that was outside.
THEN THE CAMERAS CAUGHT HIM PEERING INTO MY WINDOWS.
He apparently didn't see enough through the side window and so went to the back window and had a look through  that one too. He had his hands to the glass to stop the glare.
He was very obviously snooping and had forgotten that I had cameras so was shocked when I told him that I'd seen what he had been doing.
I was not at home at the time of his snooping and when I got home I was met at the gate by a very drunk tenant who seemed very put out that I wasn't at home to show him how to use the induction cooktops.
I helped him, but when he put his hand on the now hot frypan and burned himself, I realised just how drunk he was.
I was worried that in his drunken state he would burn my house down.
He was staggering and also touching me too often on my arms and shoulders. I was very uncomfortable.
The tenant said that he had looked around my property to see what needed doing because "You need a man about the place".
When I got into my own home I checked the cameras. That's when I saw what he was doing and I was not okay with it. It was a complete invasion of my privacy and I lost all trust in him there and then. I was very upset about the whole thing.
Whilst recording him I accidentally knocked two of the cameras offline.
I called Damian and asked him for help with the cameras and during the course of our conversation he asked what had happened and I mentioned the tenant and his behaviour. 
Damian said "Tell me everything" and I did. He then went straight into cop mode. He's a retired Police Officer. 
Damian said that I needed to get that man out of my granny flat right away and that the continual touching without my consent constituted assault.

He said that he would come and speak to the tenant the next day if I had any trouble with him.
Talk about above and beyond.
Luckily, I managed to get the tenant's family to move him out that day and I didn't have to deal with him.
Turns out he is an alcoholic. The family were trying to help get him back on his feet but it backfired pretty spectacularly.
Such a shame as when sober he is such a nice man.
Had I not accidentally knocked the cameras offline I would not have called Damian and I would not have evicted the tenant. The tenant would have made my life hell.
I am so grateful for the advice. 
Damian also offered to come and help me should the tenant cause any problems once he was out.
I was impressed with the cameras and the attention to detail that went into installing them, never expecting that one week later, the cameras would catch my drunken, creepy tenant of one day wandering my property and peering in my windows.
