I wouldn’t use any other place. Second time and they did my carpets. They were pretty bad (pets and kids) and what an awesome job! Yasser is so nice and professional. What he quoted is what I paid. Brilliant!

I had great experience with BlackGold before with Yasser so I booked a carpet cleaning service again this time. Unfortunately, with someone else not Yasser himself, the service was not comparable to what it used to be. Before, after the cleaning, I can tell right away by the refreshed look and feel of the carpet and Yasser helped me removed the most difficult stains. But this time, I can't even tell the job is finished when I was told it is all done and nothing more can be done to improve the condition. Very disappointed when a good service is changing but not for the better.

UPDATE: Yasser responded right away to understand more about my experience. I am now very happy that Black Gold still cares a lot about their customer. Although this time the result didn't turn out as I would expect but I am more than happy to get help from Black Gold again.

My carpet is more than 20 years old, was once cream and thanks to two little kids and a dog, was fairly disgusting. I was absolutely amazed by the Magic that happened at my place this morning. All of the stains are gone (and there were many), the carpet is clean and fresh and the guy who came was really friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will always use them in the future.
