I recently was in the market for a new car. I went to the brand dealer of the car I had and was not treated very well - I was dismissed because I didn't want the offer they made me for my car (ridiculous offer) and they wouldn't listen to what I wanted, kept offering me an auto when I wanted a manual. I left there feeling quite despondent, drove a kilometre or so towards my home and saw Blackburn Nissan by chance. I stopped in and found John Genovese - he was marvellous. He was polite and respectful, he listened to me, acknowledged and responded to what I wanted and treated me with respect. I found a car that very same day, went for a test drive, loved it and the deal was done, there and then. He made me a much better offer for my car, I loved the new one and they were happy to customise it how I wanted. It was easy and everything went smoothly. John was honest with me, clear on all the procedures and documentation and he was actually interested in me as a person, not just a sale. What a relief. I recommend this company and will bring my car back here for service without hesitation. Thank you Blackburn Nissan for such a positive experience.

Overall I was very disappointed with this car yard. The car they sold me had supposedly been details yet it still had dead flies on the back seat. Also the spare tyre was a different size to that of the tyres and rims on the car. Also the bolts on the rims had been put on so tight they had stripped the thread and i had to have them welded off. When i apporached the company they said I had done this myself and would not cover the insurance. If this is how they are going to treat some people then they dont deserve anyones buisness!

I purchased my last car from here and the service was excellent. I have had the car serviced since new and never had cause to return with any problems where repairs / service had not been completed

We bought a demo model Dualis, for a very reasonable price. Jeremy was (unlike many car salesmen!) smart, courteous, and savvy about selling a car to women. None of the blokey nonsense other car traders seemed to trot out...

Just purchased a new car from Blackburn Nissan. The service was excellent, the sales staff weren't overly pushy and always returned calls etc. They were particularly generous when it came to test driving the car I was interested in.

What's wrong with car dealers?!! We went looking at a ute, a workhorse. The sales rep did not listen to our needs, he rattled on and on about how 'cool' and powerful the Navara is. He paid no attention to our questions or comments and drove us away with his yuppy sales pitch.

I had my car serviced here and after driving my car home, i was staggered to find someone else's car keys on my passenger seat under some paper. I rang the service manager, who said "oh can you bring them back". Very very poor service and negligence on their part.
