Doctors are rude. Do not even waste your time going to this clinic.
The last visit I had the doctor wouldn't give me a script for my bad cough I was told me to go home and use a gargle. Went straight to another doctors clinic in the area and he prescribed me with some antibiotics straight away as he was concerned it was turning into bronchitis.
Don't waste your time with Blackburn road medical. Stay away!

I am new to the area and called to get an appointment, however the reception staff was so rude and bluntly advised me to go else where as they were fully booked, I asked her if she had any suggestions for other medical centres and she to stop wasting her time and to look it up. This person didn't even introduce herself just answered the phone with a hello. Possibly the most unhelpful and rudest customer service I have ever recieved

I have been here on numerous occasions but just to get prescriptions refilled and because they bulk bill. I have never seen the same doctor more than once. The doctors are disinterested and keen to move onto their next patient. Reception staff are often rude.

I have been there twice, both times i saw the same female doctor, and both times i felt like i was keeping her awake and she did not want to be there and she did not want me there, her knowledge was not good and i walked out of there thinking that my condition was not normal- only to find out that there was nothing wrong with me

I have gone to this practice for non-serious medical issues and whenever I know exactly what I need already, i.e. when I require a doctor's note for a minor problem. They bulk bill, they're close to my house, and they usually have appointments available. I am frequently unhappy with the standard of care. They see a lot of people relatively quickly, but some of the doctors seem impatient. Once I went for an infection and had to return two weeks later for the same problem; they didn't have a record of my first visit. I found that to be a very serious matter and made a complaint, but no one followed it up. One male doctor always condescends to me so I won't see him anymore. I may not be a doctor, but I know my own body and what the standard treatments are for general things that I've had before. Once he gave me a refill prescription for a medicine that my regular doctor then told me could cause liver damage if taken too long. I had been clear with him how long I had already taken the drug. So I have stopped going there.
