This review is only for lax behaviour and lack of empathy on the part of the reception staff . Called them to follow up on a cervical test report and without even asking my details the staff immediately mentioned test results take 4 weeks time to come in whereas the doctor mentioned it takes about 10 days. After insisting to check up guess what the reports are in already but no one has bothered to call in/ emailed to tell me the same. I have no idea if this is coordination issue between the doctor and the reception staff but end of the day the price is paid by the patients in the form of stress and anxiety. These are patient’s reports that need immediate attention and not the attitude from the staff as if they are doing you a favour by talking! Similar was the case with my ultrasound report where in I am following up with the imaging clinic. Never had any issues with the doctor’s attention and diagnosis but today’s incident is absolutely annoying as a patient who is suffering everyday.

this doctors is clean and nice staff and love the staff and helpfell allways have apponments avalible so would highley reccemend this doctors if u ever need a doctor in nunawading go to thiss one.

Have found some of the Doctors here very good. Been great for taking my toddler to. Good with kids.

I have been using this clinic for 10 years, and with the arrival of our daughter last year we have used the service even more. I would recommend the Dr and staff at the clinic they have been most helpful with advice and referrals.

My sister-in-law referred me to this surgery. On several visits/occasions I have consulted with Dr Richard Yang for my allergies. He has a good experience and ongoing interest on allergies in his GP practice. He has prescribed me medications and also taught me how to prevent recurrence of the allergy.I was impressed at how he was very professional and willing to listen and teach patients.You do not feel you are being hurried up and he encourages you to follow up for feedback.The staff are very experienced people and they seem to run on time.
