Craig and team have been brilliant plumbing service provider for me and my business associate. On several occasions, he saved me from disastrous situation and also saved my business. One perfect example was yesterday. One of my holiday letting property had problems with two shower heads at the same time. I called Craig after 6 pm. He and his mate arrived only after few minutes. It was windy and dark. They provided a quick and economic solution to replace the broken shower heads within 20 minutes without charging me after-hour call-out fees (I am regular customer and I think I was given special treatment). The key is my guests wouldn't be affected due to the inconvenience. Craig has a super team and they provide superman services!

i woke up on a Sunday morning to the noise of running water, after doing a mad dash around the house to find if any taps were on i realized the leak was outside, i found that my hot water system had burst and was spraying water out the top of the unit. Craig from Blackheath Katoomba plumbing was the first plumber i called and to my surprise he was available and responded quite quickly to assist with my leak. Craig was able to isolate the leak and after a short wait returned with a new hot water system to install. this assured that myself and my wife was able to enjoy a hot shower for Monday morning meaning we started our week happy. thanks Craig

My mother's water main had a massive leak, this happened new years day, as you could imagine it was extremely difficult to find anyone that would be working that day, I called Craig from Blackheath Katoomba Plumbing and he came out pretty much straight away and got the problem fixed (and at a reasonable cost too). Could not recommend them highly enough.

Hot water tank connected to central heating system was diagnosed as a 'burst tank' and would have to be removed and replaced, and entire heating system de-comissioned and a new gas installation put in. Cost - over $1000. Decided to get a second opinion.
Eventually, the overflow pipe exiting the hw tank was checked and silicone was applied at a cost of $120. The tank was not 'burst' and the system is working well. Having the central heating inoperable for months and the ensuing discomfort was the result of a gold license tradesman who may have opportunistically gained advantage by the owner living interstate. I would avoid this service and any real estate agencies who use it. Please do not confuse this service with Blackheath Plumbing and Draining (David Hall) who gives excellent service.
