for many years my sewing machine remained idle as i didn't get a good service person to get it fixed. then one day my Friend suggested Blackmore &Roy. he came as soon as i rang and picked up my sewing machine at no extra charge and i got it back within 15 days. really it works as a new and i am so happy with that
