Placed an enquiry via their website, received a phone call first thing the following morning. Very courteous and advised they'd be out that day to look at our problem. Arrived around 1pm, completed the job including supply of parts, no call out fee, very friendly but also professional. Great job, fair price and great 'bedside manner'. Will definitely use again!
