I ordered some blank labels from these guys for an event, so they needed to be delivered within a short timeframe. I was advised it would be possible but unfortunately there was a stuff up with the order and it wasn't shipped out in time. BUT, instead of leaving me in the lurch the business owner Alex arranged to have the labels printed with the artwork I wanted (it was too late for me to be able to print them myself) and then he delivered them to me in person while I was en route to the event. I was hugely impressed with this level of service. Especially for what was ultimately a small order.

The product is very good. The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is that my artwork was modified before it was printed without consulting me first - so the labels didn't turn out exactly the way I wanted them. It's a small gripe in this case, but worth mentioning because not printing to spec can be a big issue.

Overall, I highly recommend these guys for your label needs.
