It is over priced for a start. The service isn't always welcoming or friendly but the food is ok. I go there when everyone else is too full.

I love shopping at Flannery's but lately it seems that there is just something missing. The shop is looking tired and the last few times I was shopping there was mess on the floor from messy customers. The prices seem to have gone up so that is an issue but overall I will still be shopping there.

The atmosphere was nice. The place was clean but they don't have food available to eat until 5 pm which is strange for a cafe. They did have a selection of cakes which looked like last weeks leftovers. I had a slice of carrot cake and it was dreadful. Dry and tasteless. Very dissapointed with the food or lack of. I have been there numerous times over the past few years and have always found the service exceptional but today the wait person was a bit dreary and it appeared that she wanted to be anywhere but there. A smile wouldn't have cost much.
