Block Therapy has changed my life! At the age of 67 I now have more flexibility and feel healthier and happier. I have been able to get rid of my CPAP machine as my throat/neck now has more space, so I do not have trouble breathing. My face looks younger as I have been doing a lot of scalp and face work to release the fascia. I an also get up off the ground without any help, which I couldn't do in the past! Helen Ronnenbergh has been guiding me as to which programs I should be using, she is a fantastic support.
