From the time I emailed to make an enquiry, to visiting the pool to book my son in for lessons, the staff at Toby Haenen were friendly and professional. The pool is the perfect size for learning and the teacher to pupil ratio is very good. I would recommend this pool for children's swimming lessons.

Compared to the other gyms in the area, this place is fantastic! The staff treat you like friends, and generally make it a place you feel very comfortable to be in. Great service at Bounce, the sports store within the gym. Childcare is good too!
