This is a big blockbuster . The service is good and I rarely miss out on getting a DVD that I decide too watch. I have also pre ordered DVD'S before by just calling up and they have always put aside the dvd i've requested.

They have multiples of every new release out and it would be very hard to go when the dont have atleast one copy left of each. it can be a bit hard to find older movies and ocassionally some of the dvds can be scratched! overall it is quiet a good store!

Some time ago the store was virtually cut in half so I assume they are stocking less dvd's than originally but I generally only attend for a new release of which they have plenty. The store seems bright and the staff are friendly and energetic. I also love the staff choices section down the back. Though pricey there are lots of good edible treats to pick up to take home as well.
