Friendly customer service, but they always seem to have damaged DVDs and game discs. After recently purchasing a Playstation2 I decided to go hire a few games to play. After setting up my PS2 I attempted 1 game and it would not even load due to it being so damaged. I attempted the 2nd game and it had the same problem. Disc 3 however was fine. I rang Blockbuster to let them know about the damaged games as I didn't want to be blamed for them and was told to bring them back. 2 days later I had a chance to take them back... Was told to pick 2 replacement games to hire for a full week. When returning these games after the week, I was shocked to see the 2 games that wouldn't play back on the shelf and still available to hire! They should have been removed and repaired. Or replaced.
