Went to KFC today, was very unhappy with the service. After being overcharged (the girl 'forgot' to do my student discount, and then couldn't because she'd already pressed the $50 button on her screen). We bought our meal home and couldn't eat our greasy soggy chips, or our disgusting fat ridden pieces of what was meant to be chicken. I have never seen it this bad before, I even rang up and made a complaint!

Today I went into Faull's Shoes Ballarat. I don't usually shop here but I needed a decent pair of black lace up shoes (similar to school shoes). After having no luck at various other stores I decided to give this one a try. I was amazed at the range of shoes available and at decent prices. Also, having 20% off school shoes was fantastic! I located a table of shoes for $20 a pair, they were ROC boots, valued at $79.95 a pair, reduced to $20! I will definately be purchasing from here again!

Friendly customer service, but they always seem to have damaged DVDs and game discs. After recently purchasing a Playstation2 I decided to go hire a few games to play. After setting up my PS2 I attempted 1 game and it would not even load due to it being so damaged. I attempted the 2nd game and it had the same problem. Disc 3 however was fine. I rang Blockbuster to let them know about the damaged games as I didn't want to be blamed for them and was told to bring them back. 2 days later I had a chance to take them back... Was told to pick 2 replacement games to hire for a full week. When returning these games after the week, I was shocked to see the 2 games that wouldn't play back on the shelf and still available to hire! They should have been removed and repaired. Or replaced.

I have found that this specific Safeway supermarket always has exactly what I need. I'm always able to walk in and locate everything easily. The meat department is the best I have seen in a long time, the meat is always fresh! I have never had to take anything back to this store as it is always so fresh and well managed.

I enjoy going to this fantastic cinema. It is cheaper than many other Village cinemas around. However, when joining their new movie club ($10 membership for basic)... I mentioned a few typographical errors on the form I was filling out. I only mentioned it to make sure I knew what I was signing up for and so they knew that others might have the same queries. I was told by a very nasty person that no-one has had any problems with filling out the form before and that I am the only one who has a problem with it! I still joined the club as they stopped sending out free email offers, and I go there very often. I would have however appreciated some old fashioned politeness.
