We have had a good experience with Blockout Blinds. Dan came to our house to measures and quote. He was on time for his appointment. He was great in helping us choose our colours. He then came back the next day to drop off some temporary blinds because we had no blinds. They were included in the price. John then came to install. he was very nice and very quick with the installation. He took the time to made sure every blind were working well. The blinds were ready when they said it would ready. There was one blind that was made to the wrong measurement, but that was quickly remade and installed by Steve. all in all I had a good experience and would order from them again.

We brought cellular block out blinds which are above expectation, as heat is drastically reduced & also blocking out heaps of light (when blinds down). The whole process from start to finish was so easy, dealing with friendly knowledgeable people, with product arriving approx 3 weeks before expected arrival, which was very quick & installed very efficiently by Ken who was also fantastic. Thanks heaps guys.

I had my vertical and roller blinds installed today by Ken. He was on time and very polite and well mannered. Blockout blinds have been a fantastic company to deal with. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Customer Service Department very unprofessional and unsatisfactory due that I could not get through to them directly and had to leave many messages to arrange my fitting date and time. Having to listen to their loud Voice Recording each time was very annoying. Not happy either that I was made to pay final payment before Installation. The Installer was professional and friendly.

We have just had an extension fitted out with double roller blinds and are amazed at the change - in the coolness and in one particular window in the old section, the way it enlarged the space and increased the light when we took down old thick, cobwebby velvet curtains. The consultant Brett and installer Mark were friendly and professional and Mark in particular was passionate about his job and the product which is great to see. Everything was measured up perfectly and was installed in no time. All done before Christmas too, as promised. Highly recommended.

Blockout Blinds provided us with expert advice and installation. Brett the Design Consultant answered any questions and took care of all the finance part of things brilliantly.

Mark the Installer was very friendly turned up on time and was friendly and did an absolutely great job installing the blinds.

I have found that each person I have spoken with at Blockout Blinds Pty Ltd has been friendly and helpful. Jaryd came and did the measure and quote on time and he was helpful with the suggestions he made. Mark who installed the products was punctual, polite and professional. I am happy with the blinds and will use Blockout Blinds again in the future.

I am pleased to say i was given great service from blockout blinds in bayswater. I am very happy with my blinds and awnings, i am extremely happy with the service and installation i recieved from john. He was very polite and respectful, being an elderly couple john adjusted my awnings and interior blinds to suit and help myself and my wife for easy operation, i am thankful to recieve such wonderful service.
