The sales rep Brett was very helpfull and friendly and quoted a us a very reasonable price. Installation was within the sceduled time and the installer Mark was extremely pleasant and efficient, even though the very strong wind was against him.

The quote we received from Blockout Blinds for our outdoor awnings was almost half the value of the quote that we received from another locally based business. Value for money was therefore the main reason we went with these guys but in saying that- the Salesrep- Brett & the installer- Mark were both very friendly & had a good understanding of the products. We will be using Blockout blinds again- this time for our indoor blinds and will also be recommending to our family & friends.

My experience with the Blockout blinds team has been extremely positive. All the staff have demonstrated a high level of professionalism including Brett and Mark the two staff who I dealth with at home. Brett the consultant who came to house at a time that suited me. Products, pricing and costs where explained fully. But the best came when I was phone on Sunday afternoon with an offer to have my blinds installed that afternoon. I didn't need to take time off work and got to enjoy my blinds 5 days earlier than planned. If you are thinking of blinds then blockout blinds are the go to company.

Blockout blinds were amazing to deal with. Always keeping us informed and up to date with where our blinds were at. The blinds were installed earlier than the quoted time and Mark the installer come out on a Sunday to install. He was very efficient, cleaned up after himself, very polite and courteous. The warranty is amazing, every other quote I got was only a 2 year warranty and blockout blinds is a 10year warranty.. I would definitely recommend Block out blinds and if we need any more blinds in the future, we will definitely be using Blockout blinds again...

We had an excellent experience having our new home fitted with blinds. Brett was our consultant. He was professional, friendly and made the process smooth and we found exactly what we were looking for. The blinds and installation occured earlier than we thought. I have now completed my whole house upstairs and down with the sheer and blackout blinds.
