The company appears to be family-run and -orientated. I was very impressed from the first moment of contact with them. Mr Bloom was extremely professional and honest with regard to pricing. He could have sold me a very expensive lock but rather recommended that he repair the existing lock for a fraction of the price. To my surprise, a week after his call, I received a lovely thank you letter in the mailbox. I truly feel like a valued customer and would highly recommend Bloom Locksmiths to anyone.
