I bought a unicorn costume for my granddaughter. It arrived quickly but without the wings, but an email to the company was quickly answered and the wings dispatched the next day. The costume is very nice, well made and I’m sure my granddaughter will love it. Very good product and excellent customer service.

Our costumes came in record time and they actually looked just like the pictures! great quality for a really great price. Before we even got the costumes I had an email from Dony advising Aladdin's costume would unfortunately be missing Abo, and they would therefore refund us $20! I was extremely impressed with this customer service and the honesty. A tiny monkey is easily found at Kmart so not a big drama for us. 10/10.

very happy! We ordered two different XL outfits and emailed we needed them urgently and they arrived in 2days, perfect fit, great quality and even though it said ‘doesn’t come with wig’ in the advertisement they threw one in anyway. Responded to all of our emails promptly and expressed posted our outfits at no extra charge. We honestly are blown away by the service we received and will definitely use them again. Amazing!
