If I could give a 6 star I would. The chiaki nanami cosplay costume for my daughter was exactly as described. Good colour and sizing. More so their customer service is fantastic. Genuinely helpful and try their best to accomodate you. Do not hesitate to use these guys.

Live in regional QLD. I sent a question for size and received a response with 24 hours. I ordered in the morning and it was despatched same day and received via express 2 days later. Costumes were also great and they were the best price with the biggest range.

I bought a costume online they were quick on delivery, however read the fine print for returns you get charged a restocking fee of $8.50.
I used parcel point for the return and it almost took 3 weeks to return back.. Then i had to write to Blossom Costume and ask about my refund. Not happy with this service.

Item was wrong - ordered a Viking style corset but the entire shoulder and neck part was missing - it was literally just a corset and I couldn't wear it because it just looked like underwear! Now I am stuck without a costume. Would have been perfect if what I ordered had arrived, I would not advise using them.
