All of the staff at Blow Out hair are excellent. I have been a regular customer for more than 4 years. The owner manager/head stylist is delightful and her two senior stylists are just fantastic. All of three of them have done my hair. They all provide wonderful customer service and are very happy to please. They always say that customers are welcome to come back if they are not happy in any way. However, all my cuts and colours (highlights) have always been done wonderfully. They listen to what to you want done and have never done anything that I haven't asked for. Rarely do I have to wait long at my appointment time. The salon is also very clean, modern and fresh. This is a lovely salon and customer experience. Thank you to Jaci and her wonderful team. You deserve many accolades.

Customers BEWARE if getting hair extensions. Mine sheared off and left me bald in areas. I was made to feel was my fault even though I heard a staff member say "oh they've been placed too close to your scalp" when I questioned why this would happen. I was then told I had an allergic reaction even though it was a week later and then the manufacturer was blamed for faulty product! I only got my $1,200 yes $1,200 back when I threatened legal action. I was asked why I pulled them out and then ushered out the back so nobody could see!!! Shame on you blowout! I've never had hair extensions since.

Fantastic. I'm a dude, so i was a bit wary, but it was close to work. Isabella cuts my hair and her attention to detail is great. My wife swears it's the best haircut i've had in years. I travel from the western suburbs just for the haircut, haha.

I went to this salon for the first time, and wasn't sure if I wanted my hair layered or cut straight across the bottom. Ended up asking for it to be cut straight, but ended up with it so horribly layered that I've had to have my hair cut twice since then to try and fix it. Will need to spend the next 12 months growing it out. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Approximate cost: $65

Making an appointment was easy and painless. Once in the salon i had to wait for about 20mins, even before i got seated. Then sat down for the looong wait. It took me just under 5hrs to get my half a head of foils. The stylest was very friendly and easy to talk to, but 5hrs!! Was a little too long, and the price, OUCH!!

Approximate cost: $130-200
