Had a leaking roof due to a concrete tile that had shifted due to winds/storm. With zero notice, Rod sent someone within the hour even though we are 30 minutes out of the city! Will happily have them back again so we can have our aging gutters and downpipes replaced

Excellent service - I used Rod this week to sort out a dripping tap. My call was returned really quickly and he was here right on time, explained the issue and the options. Couldn't believe that within the week the part was ordered and Rod was back round fixing the tap. Would definitely use again for any plumbing issues and would recommend the service.

These guys are always good! We required Blue Diamonds' services this morning as we have many times over the past 4 years. As usual, totally on time, quick, helpful and reasonably priced. Being a busy hair salon in South Melbourne, they understand our need for reliability and never lets us down. I have referred them to friends for domestic plumbing who are equally impressed. I'm always happy to recommend Blue Diamond Plumbing!

Very disappointed. After reading all the fab reviews I booked them. They didn't show at designated time. Eventually I called and was told they were stuck at another job. That happens, but I could have been notified. Was told job easy won't take long or cost too much by two people. Then an extra $30 was added. No reason given. Nothing extra done. Unfortunately I wasn't there to oversee job (because of new time) and bf didn't know quoted price. Tried calling to query and nobody got back to me. Won't book again. :(

I woke up one morning and stood in a puddle on my carpet. A pipe had burst during the night and flooded my upstairs bedroom, dripped through the floor and into the room below. Blue Diamond plumbing came to the rescue and fixed it first thing. They identified the leak in a tricky spot in the wall and fixed it immediately. They even had some kind words and advice how to keep damage to a minimum before they arrived which helped me cope in a stressful situation. Highly recommend using them in an emergency!

Used Rod from Blue Diamond to unblock plumbing and build up in a new building whilst awaiting for the defect to be fixed. Great advice in the situation and explanation including diagrams of what the blockage was like.

To date I have used Blue Diamond Plumbing 3 times. Each time they have been on time, professional and efficient. This week I had a blocked drain and needed help. I rang Rod & he was able to arrange for Ben to be at my place 4 hours later right on time. The blocked drain became a bigger problem than expected. Ben was professional and considered all options to find a solution & kept me informed throughout. Drains & pipes were fixed & everything is working perfectly. Prior to Ben finishing he did a great job of cleaning up everything. I will be using Rod & Ben again should the need arise & will be recommending their company. Good companies like Blue Diamond should be supported.

When your roof's leaking you REALLY need someone to come REALLY QUICK! Glad I'd kept their card from the last time I'd used these guys. Fixed same day and also did it so that it won't happen again - that's what I call great service!
