Very pleased with our custom designed Tram Scroll. It was a christmas gift for my parents and they absolutely love it. Ordering via the website was super easy, making changes to the proof and all e-mail correspondence was handled very efficiently. I did pay extra for the express service and they got my tram scroll printed and shipped out the very next day after approval so that was super efficient but unfortunately the only hiccup was with the freight company as it took them 12 days to deliver to Perth. Not Blue Horizons error at all but just a small hiccup in the overall experience as I was panicking it would not arrive before Christmas.

Will certainly recommend this company to friends and family and will be ordering through them again.

This was a gift for my son who has moved 20 odd times in his 40 years of life. He was blown away by the workmanship and the whole idea of the Tram scroll. Two days out from Father's Day last year, I realised I had completely forgotten to buy my father my intended gift - canvas prints of my wedding day. Having placed my order, I fully expected the shipment to arrive after Father's Day. To my surprise, they arrived the following day, in time to give to my father. The tram scroll turned out great. The designer made the corrections I needed done - I didn't feel uncomfortable asking for a few changes on the design because the website said they would not mind doing so until the scroll was just the way I wanted. The price was right, especially the shipping fee. This was a plus being in Hong Kong. The only hiccup with the experience was when I emailed my approval to the designer and asked what the next step was, I was left hanging. So I called and then we got the order completed. Maybe there needs to be a better description of how to "finish" the order on the website. It was a great anniversary gift. Thank you.
