Mt Gambier is our new holiday place. We loved this motel. Owners very friendly, clean rooms. Housekeeping was good. Air con was good and bed was so comfy. Beautiful views.

this motel offers a lovely view over the city. Especially at night time and the customer service is excellent. We had a wedding there and it was magnificiant

Terrific Accommodation for those on a tight budget or for overnight stays. The Hosts are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Being on top of a hill offers great views of the Mount except for the bushes and trees which tend to block the scenery. We were unfortunate to visit during wet and windy weather but we managed to visit some of the most interesting sights offered to tourists and holiday makers. Hopefully we can stay there again in better weather.

The Blue Lake Motel is a Budget Motel so you don't expect bells and whistles. The room itself was satisfactory and comfortable but it could do with a little maintenance - a number of spider webs were included in the decor. Other amenities were OK but drinking mugs and wine glasses were not provided. However the proprietors were friendly, helpful and obliging and the cost of the accommodation was acceptable and reasonable.
