Hess waited around after hours to fix my pc on two occasions. He even fixed it for free the second time and it certainly wasn't his fault. Great service,quality workmanship. Definitely recommend him.

The fan in my laptop stopped running efficiently and was really noisy. Fortunately they ordered in the part which was required and it was fixed within a matter of days. Super thankful for the awesome service.

It would be very hard to get a better place to have your slow, virus infected Apple Mac Desktop attended to. My computer was infected with many a virus from the "young one" downloading games off the net, making it slow and unresponsive. Hess took charge and soughted the matter out and my computer is now working like "a dream".

I received good and informative service which is hard to find these days in the world of computers. Blue Mountains Computers gave me excellent service and I have nothing but praise for the way they handled my computer - the service was excellent and I would recommend this company to any Apple user which is having difficult with their product - Dealing with BM Computers was certainally far easier than gong to the Apple Shop in Penrith and the price charged for the service most reasonable. I was very pleased with the attention BM Computers gave to my computer - I think the staff here care.
