Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else! I have finally found IT support for my business that comes with knowledge, patience & a "can do' attitude that doesn't cost the earth. Hess & his team are a welcome breath of fresh air.

I needed major help with an Apple computer, which I took to them. The service was excellent, the advice was even better & they were extremely reasonable in price. I have no hesitation in recommending Hess and his team to anyone requiring help with a mac or a pc. They listened and then suggested a much smarter, more cost effective way of solving the problems. Their solution also has long term
benefits which I appreciate.

I very highly recommend Hess and his team. I had a hard drive repaired, data recovered, a water-damaged (well, beer-damaged, actually) macbook pro repaired, and a broken screen replaced on a macbook air. And I purchased a new hard drive too. Before approaching Hess, the Apple store had advised that the macbook pro was unable to be repaired, and that to attempt to recover the data from it would cost $2000. Well, from Hess I had my irreparable laptop promptly repaired, external hard drive repaired, all data recovered, and also purchased a new external hard drive for less than $500! Apple also quoted $780 to replace the screen on the macbook air, and Hess did it for $450 - which included international sourcing of parts, and contracting some work to a specialist! Thank you so much for such a massive effort and awesome outcome, Hess!
