The problem with my computer was diagnosed quickly. It was ready within a few days. I couldnt power it up when I returned home so called the store. Meanwhile I realised my mistake. After not hearing from me I received a phone call and an email to make sure everything was OK. Service was amazing. Will be back.

I dropped my hardrive and it stopped working. It was very precious to me as it had EVERYTHING of my personal photos/videos/documents from the last 10 years on there.
I brought it to BMC to see if they could fix - it happened to be too bad for them to fix so they referred me elsewhere, but I am extremely grateful for their honesty and helpful manner.

Hess is always friendly and obliging I would recommend his business to anybody experiencing computer difficulties. He has recovered a dead hard drive for me, cleaned up a messy computer and always been willing to help when I muck up something by pressing the wrong button. He goes above and beyond what is expected and I, for one, won't be going anywhere else for my computer issues.

Had a malfunctioning power jack in my hp laptop. Hess was upfront about the costs and difficulty of repair, and generously examined the laptop. I ended up ditching the laptop, but when my girlfriends imac went kaput, I knew where to go. Cheers Hess.

I have a Toshiba laptop that had a faulty Wifi adaptor. Hess had a new one installed and tested within an hour. It is working very well. Hess has an excellent approach and is extremely helpful. Well done Hess.

Another good experience with Hess who cleaned up a lot of rubbish on my daughters laptop computer and had it working like a dream in no time at all. service is always friendly, professional and prompt and I will continue to take my computer needs to Blue Mountain Computers.
