Used Hess and BMC as our Computer Contractor of choice for years. They have supplied new machines, repaired old machines, put in network backups, helped with network implementation and wi-fi roll outs and been available to resolve our problems around the needs of our business.

Whether coming to site, us dropping equipment to them or logging in remotely, Hess has always worked to provide the fastest resolution to the problem. We have quite a lot of computers across multiple sites and BMC has helped with them all. They are our first call when something needs to be done.
