I was referred to BMC via a friend, even though i'm based close to the Sydney CBD their team the solved all my business network and PC issues with ease and more importantly without effecting my day t o day business.

Prompt, courteous service when I needed to restore all my data on my MacBook Pro after losing everything following a calamitous OSX upgrade and several mishaps with my external drive. Much better service here than on the Apple chatline. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone with computer issues.

I'm so impressed with this local business. I left my Mac charger os accidentally, a dire problem given that a lot of my work needs the Mac! They have been good enough to lend me one, until my sister can post mine back to me. They are not even charging me for this service!

Serious start up issues with a "vintage" Apple Mac desktop computer. Apple store could not even attempt repair. Phoned a few companies however B.M.C. seemed the most genuine and knowledgeable over the phone. Dropped it in at lunchtime and got a call 5:00pm that day to say it was done. Both Hess and Joseph were a pleasure to deal with and though Springwood is a 50 minute trip from Beaumont Hills it was definitely worth the effort. I would highly recommend these guys for all your computer issues. P.S. The long trip was negated by the delicious bakery across the road next to the Bunker!!!!

As an older person who is challenged by modern technology I have dropped in to this shop and ask for help from these clever and polite young technicians a couple of times ...... Went twice with mac problems. Both times theyve been excellent. Affordable & reliable, never going to the apple store again. First time with a trackpad issue where they needed to clean and tweak it, only $80. Second time my max died, they did a quick test and found the battery had power stored up. Fixed it and told me how to do it myself if it happens again, and they didn't charge a cent for it. love this place.

Had an issue with my motherboard. Brought it in for the guys to check and confirm it was a motherboard problem. Didn't charge me for the service. Had to send motherboard back for a replacement. Great service and very helpful.

My Mac was pretty much cooked and the guys were honest and answered all my questions about the best way to move forward as opposed to just trying to make a quick dollar from me.
