***Warning: This salon snapped off a large amount of my hair***

I went into this salon around a month ago to have my regrowth bleached and dyed. Prior to my appointment I went in for a consultation to make sure this would not cause any damage to my hair. I was assured by the hair dresser that it would not be an issue.

After my hair was bleached I lost a large amount of hair from the back and top of my head. It left me completely devastated and I had to completely change my hair style to much shorter (my hair is now 5cms long) then I wanted. The damage was so bad my usual hair stylist left them a review on their Facebook page for being so unprofessional. On that note if you have a bad experience they will block your Facebook account so you can't leave negative reviews. Do not visit!

Very friendly atmosphere, Aleisha does an amazing job! She was very gentle and did exactly what I asked for, she even gave me a few tips and said what she thought would look good. Great conversation, and comfy chairs! I highly recommend going to see Aleisha for anything you want done! :)

Great service and wonderful expertise, especially by senior stylist Aleisha. Has been doing my cut and colour for nearly a year and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else! She does a perfect job every time and does everything asked for with a big smile and beautifully cheery attitude, even when I came in wanting rainbow hair and had to work it out on the spot. She was as excited if not more to do it for me which made me feel more comfortable and like I wasn't asking for too much. A cute and quirky place with friendly and fun staff, all making you feel welcome and like part of the family with everyone keen to join in for a laugh. Happy I've finally found a regular place and wouldn't think to go anywhere else!!

Angeli rocks my world! She is such a good colorist and stylist. Her staff are amazing and I allways walk out happy and with something new and fun. Cannot speak highly enough of Angeli!

What can I say about Blue Phoenix Hair? Angeli is an amazingly talented hairdresser. She has a gorgeous, fun, quirky salon, and this girl knows her stuff! Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, but over-all, perfect hair! I am so happy!

Stumbled across this little gem in Essex street whilst grabbing a coffee up the road. Nice set up, friendly staff and a good feel. Did what i asked, reasonable prices, very satisfied. I'm a new regular!
