Bought a used Dmax here and after 2000 and a bit k's and just over 2 months the brakes were shaking and squealing among other issues.
Was told on the phone when I booked it in that they will just machine it and its covered. Get a phone call telling me that they can't machine it because itll be too thin and I need new rotors at my expense. Asked them why they are selling vehicles that need new brakes so soon and was told they only have to inspect vehicles to last the 5000klm/3 month stat warranty period. Wow. Okay but I've done less than that? Oh but it's a wear and tear item. Why are you selling essentially un road worthy vehicles? Clearly just done the least possible and put it on the yard hoping I wouldn't come back. Just another piss taking dealership.

Sent my brand new Renault in for service as they are supposed to be Renault specialists.
It came back with more problems than it went in with.
Booked second service to fix the new problems - had video evidence of fuel gauge error sent in too - they 'couldn't replicate the problem' and did NOTHING (because a faulty fuel gauge isn't dangerous at all). Booked 3rd service - still did NOTHING
didn't even call us to let us know when they had stopped working on it!- claimed they never got the video (reported on 2nd service slip that they did) asked us to monitor again - we said we had already done that and asked for it to be fixed ASAP- then said they weren't sure how much more warranty work they could do!!
TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

All I want is for my brand new car to work (you know the way it did before the first service), and to stop having to rearrange my life and the life of everyone around me to continually put a brand new car in for service!

I've been getting my car serviced here for a while now and never had an issue. They are always friendly and it's cheap too

Recently got my new car serviced here and they did a great job. She runs smoothly, always trust these guys. Would buy new again from them.

This year I purchased my Honda from these guys and the customer service was second to none. They gave me a great deal with trade in. Cannot fault their service, I take my car back for services and the prices are decent. Recommend these guys.
