Absolutely useless!
Sent my brand new Renault in for service as they are supposed to be Renault specialists.
It came back with more problems than it went in with.
Booked second service to fix the new problems - had video evidence of fuel gauge error sent in too - they 'couldn't replicate the problem' and did NOTHING (because a faulty fuel gauge isn't dangerous at all). Booked 3rd service - still did NOTHING
didn't even call us to let us know when they had stopped working on it!- claimed they never got the video (reported on 2nd service slip that they did) asked us to monitor again - we said we had already done that and asked for it to be fixed ASAP- then said they weren't sure how much more warranty work they could do!!
TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY MADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

All I want is for my brand new car to work (you know the way it did before the first service), and to stop having to rearrange my life and the life of everyone around me to continually put a brand new car in for service!
