This company is in voluntary administration but are still trading ( that is normal in 'voluntary administrations )..see insolvency notices. Maybe keep an eye on this for a while.

From the planning stage to completion Blue Tongue ; Kearan and his wonderful team delivered ! I wanted the pool in by Christmas for the grandchildren to enjoy and it was . Kearan’ s professionalism and his organisation was a delight to watch ...he oversaw every aspect and ensured that we had a temporary safety fence in place as a priority . Our cool pool oasis is now finished and is being well used ....the follow up re filters and chemicals has been very supportive and his team were always courteous and hard working . I would recommend this local company and Kearan highly.

He is a liar and a con man - 18 months after paying every single invoice I still dont have a functioning pool - filter and heating both dont work and Kearan wont return calls............whatever you do dont choose Blue Tongue Pools

The most obnoxious, arrogant person I’ve ever met. Abused my builders, had no idea what he had quoted on, tried to charge us 30k over the quote then stole a $5000 deposit when we pulled out.

Rude and unhelpful, terrible customer service and problem after problem with pool build and not very forthcoming in helping to rectify.

From what we could find review wise we thought we were on to a good thing selecting bluetounge pools. I couldn't have been more wrong. Once we signed on the dotted line, everything went downhill from there. It's been over a year since we first made contact with them & our pool is empty & looks like a construction site. So wrong.
