Soo tasty! Whilst they are increasing, Melbourne doesn't have loads of good American BBQ joints. This one was great! Similar to many, you can choose out of a couple of portion sizes and the menu is designed to mix and match your meats and sides. I cannot even pick a favourite as everything was well seasoned, well cooked, and went really well with a cold beer. Loved the pork belly, ribs, and brisket in particular, but the sides were also fantastic. The grits and lentil salad went well with the meat. Will definitely be back guys!
