Literally waited 30min for our food on Saturday brunch. Service is okay, but if you are having so many tables probably expand the kitchen a bit?

My daughter and I had a lovely lunch there today. We arrived right on lunch time and the place was packed but the meal still came out pretty quickly. Very impressed with both the quality of the meal and the service we received.

Four of us went for lunch on a weekend. Service was disorganised with waiting staff having no idea where we were up to in our ordering. My meal was served reasonably quickly but the rest of the people dining with me waited AN HOUR for their food to arrive. We asked after the food 3 times and each time were told it was almost ready (it took 45 minutes from the first time we asked to when the food actually arrived on the plate. The last time we asked after the food (we'd been there nearly an hour) the waitress asked if we'd like to order more drinks. We didn't want to buy anything else! Maybe some drinks, or even our food, should have been given to us for free for the wait! In the meantime a huge cockroach crawled up the leg of one of the people I was dining with! Another person I was dining with ordered a 'small chips' and was horrified when it arrived, it consisted of literally about 10 chips. The food was ok, but definately not worth the wait or experience! Won't be going back!

Fast and friendly service. Every time I've been here the drinks have been served quickly and without fuss. Would definitely come back here any time!

A great set up at this cafe, the quality of food and drinks are always great and the service is good. The outdoor seating and outdoor seating by the lake makes this very special. A great place to meet friends, have a coffee or a meal. Food prices are decent, coffee & cakes a little over priced for the location and product.

Consistently fast and friendly service, consistent quality in the coffee and meals. Nice atmosphere, beautiful view of the lake, convenient location to catch up with friends and associates.

pretty average, nothing out of the ordinary. food was reasonably priced for the quality. nothing too special, more for casual coffee but not really for dinner. only serves pizzas during early hours of dinner
