We recently obtained a quote for a flywire door and was surprised by the expensive price. We have used this company before and have been happy with the price and service. Will not be using them this time

Great initial service from sales rep, come installation it goes down hill, the installer arrived late, wrong bracket and a flaw in one blind, 3 weeks later bottom bar falls off, called them told they would be in touch still waiting this is over a week ago...

We recently had a new door installed and the complete lack of communication was a huge problem. The price was pretty standard, no cheaper than anyone else's.

When getting a quote we were told it would take about 3 weeks, when we placed the order we were told about 4 weeks. After nearly 6 weeks we rang for an update only to be told it had been there for a week. The door that was finally installed, however, was not the custom-made door we paid for. The second installer came over a week later to fix the initial problems only after another phone call and a visit to their office to ask face-to-face what was going on. All told, this took about 7 weeks.

We had to make all the phone calls chasing things up. There was never any apology for the incorrect product or the extremely poor communication.

Unfortunately cannot recommend and will not use again.

I had some new blinds installed (Verticals) in my townhouse and I am very happy with the blinds (now). Initally there was an issue with the length of some of the blinds - even after a check-measure was completed and also an issue with the cords (to adjust the blinds) as they had made them too short. All in all the blinds look great and work well. The price for my job was excellent.

Not only have we ordered blinds from here, but also dropped a number of blinds off to be rewound. Although the work has been good, on 4 out of 6 occasions I had to chase them up as they failed to notify me when the blinds were ready and they lost the paperwork on 2 occasions, and didn't seem to think it warranted an apology - don't consider that great service.

We have Bob Burns Blinds too and a first the service was great but now are having trouble scheduling some maintenance. They don't ring back but this morning I think we have a last got on the system

Managed to make and install our blinds within a very short time frame. Good quality blinds, some slight faults with some venetians that were rectified within a number of days! Salesman was excellent, sold the product well and was cheaper than any other price quoted for identical product.
