Replaced a smashed windscreen. In the process managed to damage quite considerably my wiper assembly and refused any responsibility for compensation, reduction in fees, purchase of new part or replacement. Worst customer experience around.

Ordered a meal for myself and a twister for my partner. On arriving home discovered i was missing almost half of the components of my "meal" and my partners twister wasn't grilled as requested. I provided feedback on the KFC website and was apologised to and delivered a $15 voucher for my troubles. Happy with that response, but disappointed with the initial service.

Managed to make and install our blinds within a very short time frame. Good quality blinds, some slight faults with some venetians that were rectified within a number of days! Salesman was excellent, sold the product well and was cheaper than any other price quoted for identical product.

Whilst almost impossible to get in touch with anyone within the company, as with most builders if you hound them they will answer. We had a few issues throughout our build, but they were all rectified to our satisfaction! For the money one of the best value builders out there in SA. Comparing the build quality of our house to that of our friends who all had different builders our's rates very highly. Would recommend to anyone!

Tucked away off of O'Sullivan Beach Rd this place was a find and a half! They were about 2/3 the price of any of the bigger retailers, we ended up getting better carpet installed by these guys cheaper than the cheap carpet we'd chosen at the big stores. Same brands, same models, absolutely great stuff! They were very knowledgeable, gave great advice regarding underlays and floating floors and even managed to organize a seperate installer for our floating floors to save us a few dollars! Have recommended them to a few other friends who have also found their price and service second to none!

Not the cheapest place around, but one of the few remaining stores with proper service. Small place with all of the essentials, went to buy a power supply for a computer that had blown and was suggested a number of models that would suit. Fantastic place.

Had a local franchisee Zeke mow our lawns for a number of months after an operation when i was unable to. Such an understanding guy who went out of his way to do other little tasks to keep the garden and lawn in tip-top shape until i could resume normal maintenance! Not exactly the cheapest way to do things, but not the most expensive either!

Whilst service here can be a bit hit and miss, the food is absolutely fantastic! They make some really good pasta's and the pizza's are great! Value for money this place is excellent and can be a nice place to dine in as well!

A Great little cafe in the local area, have stopped for coffee and a snack on a number of shopping expeditions! George the owner is always so polite and friendly and if there is any objection to the food goes out of his way to make it up to you! Absolutely fantastic service and some of the best coffee around!

A fairly good cafe for the area with good service. Food is typical cafe type fare, nothing jumps out as amazing but everything I've tasted there has been above par. Prices are a LITTLE expensive, but the views across the esplanade definitely make up for it.
