Extremely friendly staff (Dianne) made my partner & I feel more than welcome from the moment we walked into her very well stocked & appointed shop. We were instantly impressed by Diannes knowledge of the products we were interested in & pointed us immediately in the exact direction & the "perfect" scent for us. Thanks again Dianne. It truly was a pleasure dealing with you & we will most definately be coming back. No better advertising than return business I say!

I entered the shop only knowing half the name of the perfume I was looking for and had only smelt it once.I had been to at least three larger stores and had just been given a straight " never heard of it" but B&SP took as much information as I could give and said if you check back tomorrow I will tell you what I can find out. I did and they had found it, they gave me a price and said they would send it to me in the mail(as I was only on holidays) if I liked. To top it off, they said if when I recieved the perfume it was not the one I wanted I could send it back and they would refund the money. They ordered it, they posted it, and it was exactly what I had been searching for.

I love visiting this store at Coolangatta. I've been there quite a few times - it always smells great! Dianne is very friendly and helpful and she allows you all the time you need if you're deciding on a new perfume. I know that the perfume from here is the best quality. I'll be going back soon.

I recently shopped at Body and Scents perfumery and would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a perfume. I had spent the last few months looking for a specific perfume for my grandmothers 80th birthday without any success. Thank you to the patience and helpfulness of Dianne she kindly order in the perfume for me. Since then I have been back to the store twice and have been met with much friendliness. Brilliant. Went out of their way to make it a pleasant transaction and I know my mother will be very happy with her gift for Christmas (they even offered to wrap it for me!)

Excellent experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. I purchase from B&S online, and it's always a simple to do and the staff respond quickly to my questions (lodged via email).
