I entered the shop only knowing half the name of the perfume I was looking for and had only smelt it once.I had been to at least three larger stores and had just been given a straight " never heard of it" but B&SP took as much information as I could give and said if you check back tomorrow I will tell you what I can find out. I did and they had found it, they gave me a price and said they would send it to me in the mail(as I was only on holidays) if I liked. To top it off, they said if when I recieved the perfume it was not the one I wanted I could send it back and they would refund the money. They ordered it, they posted it, and it was exactly what I had been searching for.
