I went to this place because it was near to my work, but now will go back again and a again. Had a wonderful facial there, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the treatment was so relaxing and made my skin super soft!

An impromptu visit arising out of painful need lead me to their door and some of the most welcoming and accommodating people in the game. I enjoyed a fine remedial massage in comfortable surroundings, delivered by an obviously qualified and practiced massuse, her care and energetic input very invigorating - I was so impressed and complemented them with such heartfelt sincerity I was invited back by the therapist for a follow treatment on her - just good people delivering good service and recognising genuine feedback with awesome action...How good is that.

I particularly recommend Body and Soul for pedicures and facials. When I do splash out to have some pampering this is where i go. They have a lovely setting that is very relaxing and peaceful.
