I was a regular customer and I was always made to feel like I was a nuisance. When I simply said that my spray tan was darker than usual I got belittled in the reception area in front of other customers for making the slightest complaint. Then I had booked a spray tan for an event and they rang me the night before 2 hours prior to my appointment to tell me their spray tan machine had blown up claiming they had tried to call me earlier yet I had no missed calls on my phone. I was obviously inconvenienced so they then offered me a complimentary tan the following week. I go along the following week and I have to plead my case to get the complimentary tan and again felt belittled. I was also told to make my appointments earlier despite my appointment being 30 minutes prior to their closing time because they want to leave right on time and they would get out late now because of me. I don't think this is the customer's fault nor do I think it should be communicated to the customer during an appointment rather communicated to fellow staff who make the bookings. All in all I have usually been happy with the spray tan itself, the Techno Tan does give a lovely colour, just a shame about the service.

I had my hair done recently and I was extremely happy. Jay was communicating well and gave sound advise I am happy with cut and the colour. I will be back soon. Highly recommend

Every time you step foot into the business you are welcomed with a smile. 100% satisfaction from all services provided from Beauty, Hair and Tanning. Rebecca, Danny and Olivia, thanks for all your hard work and know you have a satisfied customer. Would recommend coming here.

The worst experience i have ever had the treatment was awful it burned my face as they had no knowledge of skin treatments and i would not recommend anyone going there..

Wow I just signed on here to write a POSITIVE review of this salon only to read some of the other feedback. I find it very hard to believe. Until recently I had only ever had spray tans and beauty treatments. My spray tans have always been perfect and I am always well informed of before and aftercare advice. The beautician Rebecca is fabulous as well as all the other girls that work there, they are always polite bubbly and smiling. I started the solarium recently and the whole process was explained to me in detail because I had no idea how it worked. I am very happy with this salon and I love that you can have your hair waxing and tanning all done at the one place. Not to mention how beautiful the salon is. I highly recommend!!! A+++ service parking can be an issue though!

The spray tan room was horrible, as well as the management. The whole service was a complete disappointment! I will never go back in till there is a change in management.

I recently went to Body Bronze for a casual solarium, and was not impressed. I felt as though the staff were unprofessional and I felt as though I was being hit on as a first time customer. A tanning salon is a place of relaxation where as I felt very uncomfortable. Ending up just paying for the one session, dont think Ill be going back.

I have just moved to the area and needed to find a new place to go to for my regular spray tan. I went to Body Bronze at the Werribee plaza and could not be happier with the service I received and the quality tan that I got. I am now a regular customer and have never been let down :)

I just got a spray tan and it is the worst I have EVER had. It is very blotchy and patches are still white (eg half my hand/arm is white and the other half tanned). I am very disappointed as I have a wedding on today and I look terrible :( I have had a spray tan from here before and they did a good job - had a different person this time.
