For the last week I have had a stiff neck from sleeping in a bad position. Whenever I turned my head to the left it was painful, not really good when driving and checking blind spots and pretty annoying in general. Anyway, I had a good experience at Body Haven previously so went back again. It’s now been about two hours since the massage and I now can twist my head to the left as much as to the right. I feel a stretch but no more pain at all.
