I am not a fan of closed in spaces and was actually avoiding the pod because of that. My mistake!! The combo of the rollers, pod and normatech boots left me feeling relaxed and reenergised! Special mention about the pod, around 20 mins in, I just felt all of my tension melt away. My head was out and there was a breeze so I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all!! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Such an incredible business. I have been several times now and will definitely continue as a regular! The pod and roller is absolute heaven and I have never burnt so many calories relaxing before. The health benefits blow my mind. It honestly is something you must try.

Love the pod - so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. A great way to wind down after a session on the rollers, which are invigorating and great for tired muscles. Chelsea put me at ease and was so warm and friendly from the moment I stepped through the door. Highly recommend!
