I am not a fan of closed in spaces and was actually avoiding the pod because of that. My mistake!! The combo of the rollers, pod and normatech boots left me feeling relaxed and reenergised! Special mention about the pod, around 20 mins in, I just felt all of my tension melt away. My head was out and there was a breeze so I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all!! Highly recommend!
