The staff are very friendly and non-judgemental. It is quite expensive and they do tend to push the products they sell, but you can always decline. The clinic itself is fresh and clean. Nice music etc. I would not advise getting IPL for hair removal though, mine didn't work well and I had to go elsewhere for laser. I also had a temporary burn from the IPL.
