Ordered two items not knowing which one would fit, they didn't turn up in time for an overseas trip (which is why I brought them), then they wouldn't accept the goods back after I returned two weeks later. Absolute scammers, do NOT deal with them.

Wish I had read the reviews! Took too long to arrive, quality is cheap, and the sizing is atrocious. Customer service is poor as they respond with false surprise but clearly they are aware these issues exist going by these reviews. In the bin it went.

Wish I saw these reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered end of November early December, item still hasn’t arrived. Then get told my order was split in two and one item was lost, then had to be resent from supplier. Still no sign and when I tried contacting support I was told I should take a photo of my item as the Christmas present as it may arrive by Christmas but it may not. Absolutely wish I did not buy from this compnay

Unfortunately I too did not read reviews before buying dress. Quality is terrible and nothing like photos…. Took forever to be delivered and beware of a scam. The dress arrived in a plastic bag which was already ripped……you can’t get a refund if you want to return without the original plastic bag not ripped.

Clothing is undersized and they will not assist in doing an exchange of product. Did a charge back with my bank who investigated and found clothing is being despatched from China NOT Australia. This company has now taken enforcement action to be paid for goods that they REFUSED to provide an exchange for 7 months ago

First they told me they had confirmation my ordered was delivered to my address, then they said it was at the post office, even though they said the courier was someone other than Australia Post? They changed their story with every enquire I made but still kept my money! Scammers. I have emailed them constantly but now they just ignore me emails. Pretty sure all the good reviews are fake!

Communication is non existent with weeks between responses to emails. I have spend almost $90 on a dress in on the 10/10/2021 it was shipped on the 15/10/2021… that was returned back to them in November and they told me “it’s been to long so I can’t refund” I have been contacting them via email since December 1st trying to find my dress that never arrived and the tracking number didn’t work. Contacted them on Dec 8th and realised the issue.. they didn’t reaping until the 29th of December …Obviously over the Xmas break I had shut down but responded on 1/1/2022 (being a public holiday I wasn’t able to go to the post office to correct the issue.. and then the week I came back contracted covid and had 2 family members pass…I got to the post office on 7/3/22 and the tracking number still didn’t work. So I had emailed boho dreaming again.. later that day the post office got back in contact with me and told me the dress was actually returned to sender on November 4th so boho dreaming had sent me on a run around to find this dress when it had already been returned to them.
I just want a resolution !
