The service was amazing! Personal and detailed, communication was great. Could not be happier with the service I received or the finished gown. Highly recommend this fantastic and unique store.

I could not believe it when reading the review of a lady who bought 5 bridesmaid dresses and how poor quality and service she got. I have had just the same experience.
I took a picture in of a bohemian dress I wanted making for a beach wedding which I was assured could be made in USA (not true) and would be 8 weeks. I waited over 16 weeks which I had to call to chase up myself and when I went to try the dress it was way oversized and not at all what I expected though the shell of the dress was the style I was looking for. I was blindsided by the lady that it was an easy fix but any alterations were for me to organise and at my own cost, the dress cost $400. When I got home and tried on in my own home and able to have a thorough look at it the dress was really really bad, zip not sewn in properly. not fitted to bodice or the lining as it should, completely wrong. I took it to a very experienced seamstress who commented it was the worse she had seen and could not work out how it had been made and what they were thinking of when they did make it, very shoddy. I was devastated and took it back and the lady I spoke to was just so rude, unhelpful and not even wiling to let me try the dress on for her to show her what my concerns were.I was basically told I took the dress so it was now my problem if it was not right and I have to forfeit my money. The dress has to be completely unpicked and remade at my cost. At the very least I hoped for that she would show some empathy, none at all and offer to help get it sorted out but I was sent on my way. I felt I could have been refunded and they could have the dress put right and sell it from the shop then I could have had another dress made from scratch by a reputable and competent seamstress. I do not have the time or money or the emotional strength to take this further so I have to put it down to a $400 loss and have another dress made. Utterly disgraceful and I am disgusted in the attitude to me when I went into this shop to discuss this and find a solution. Please do not anyone go to this shop and put your trust and faith in their competence because they do not have any.

I ordered my 5 bridesmaids dresses from Bombshell Boutique. We were guaranteed 96-100% accuracy. We were promised progress photos which we did not receive. We were told the dresses were made in New York by the same creators of the Sherri Hill dresses, this was also untrue. When we got the dresses they were completely wrong! The girls refused to wear them because of how horrid the beading colour, pattern and sleeves were. The owner refused to help us. She refused refund, repair or replacement. She said we had to pay the balance and take them, or forfeit our deposits and leave them. I contacted fair trading who told me her absolutely no refund no help policy was illegal. Still she ignored them. I then escalated the matter to NCAT and had to pay for a hearing. The owner FINALLY offered a partial resolution and offered to only refund half of our money. The girls and I decided to take her offer because the process of a hearing was so time consuming and costing us more money for time off work. Someone should really investigate this unethical business. I spent a lot of time compiling evidence for the hearing, its a shame I never got to put it forward.

I recently went here looking for a formal dress with my niece & I was very surprised at the range available.They not only do formal dresses but they also do bridal & bridesmaids dresses.The prices were very reasonable & they even had a specials rack the day we went.My niece found what she was after but the lady told her that they could easily make or alter anything that she was after,which I thought was great customer service.The staff were helpful & would recommend anyone looking for a formal dress to go & have a look here.
