Horrible scammers, put my trust in these guy and they steal my money, no remorse or anything I hope use get caught soon!!!!! deserve to be put away.

Scammers is the only word I have for thee people, bunch of helpless petty scum, robbing people blind after they have put there trust in you and you steal there money, DO NOT UE THESE PPL!!

Biggest bunch of scammers out there and need to be caught! Paid and booked for my carpets and house to get cleaned. Noone ever showed up, I then tried emailing them to find out what happened and was told, all cleaner were"booked and too busy" and would send one out early the next morning, and of course no one ever came. Learnt my lesson never pay prepaid!!! You are scum!!

After all the normal emails re quote and booking and one postponement they simply took my $506 and disappeared off the face of the earth. Scum. Now I find there is a Facebook page exposing them and my experience falls into context. I believe they even hijacked the website and Facebook page of another company in their devious scam.

Booked a clean and a carpet steaming. Cost was $400. Returned to our old unit to find the unit dirty, covered in boot prints, stains not removed from the shower (that took my wife and I 5 minutes with spray and wipe) and the kitchen and balcony a mess. Extremely unhappy, couldn't get a refund, don't care to try, consider it a lesson learned.

these guys are scammers, do not use them, they start by offering you the services then do not provide the services, they then offer to clean on a different day that usually won't work for you then they will not show up again and offer another re schedule but by this point you are so un happy you walk away having pre paid for the services you lose your money, they offered me half of mine back but never attempted to clean anything.

Beware! Booked and confirmed a 9am appointment for an end of lease clean and carpet clean. The cleaners did not turn up. The links to phone numbers on the website did not work so I had to email, there was no reply. I thought I had been duped by a fake website. After a very stressful day of organising another firm to clean the carpets and cleaning the rest of the place ourselves the cleaner finally appeared at 2pm. The cleaner spent about 2 hours finishing off the job. Somebody finally got back to me that evening and after a string of emails refunded the carpet clean, however refused to refund the time lost on the house clean. We paid $390 for one person to clean 4 rooms. This company believe that the time difference between 9am and 2pm is 'approximate'. They also reserve the right to change appointments within a 72 hour period, defined in small print at the end of a very lengthy set of terms and conditions. There are some great cleaning companies out there - Bond-Cleaners is not one of them.
