Forget using them. Hopeless. Didn't turn up first time, decided to give it a go and book in again - appointment was made for 8am start. Didn't show up, no call, no apology. Clearly doesn't want domestic business.

I have used BB Plumbing once to do a simple leak repair job. After completing the job suggested I ring them if the leak still wasn't repaired and would return to apply another fix to repair the leak. The leak wasn't repaired, I rang and left messages for them to return my calls on two occasions, never did. Then finally I reached them, after turning off caller id, promised to ring back to set a time on a particular day and I haven't heard from them since. I have better things to do with my time than to chase a plumber to return to complete a job they knew wans't fully complete. I would definitely not recommend this plumber. Does not do good work and is unreliable. Does not honour their word and certainly does not guarantee their work. Find someone else.

Contracted to unbllock upstairs toilet, Flooded dowstairs toilet, bedroom, Wardobe with waste and water. Took no responsibility as they "cleared the upstairs toilet" and said as they had sent a contractor...we would be charged for his time to "help" cleaning up. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
